Cake orders
Cake order should be made at least 3-5 days in advance of the delivery/pick date.
NO REFUNDS on cakes unless cancelled 2 days prior delivery/pick up
We are not liable for any damages after you have picked up the cakes or once they have been set up.
A 75% deposit is required to confirm order; NO orders will be done without A down payment.
Payments can be made via cash/ cheque or deposited to our NCB or Scotiabank account (proof of deposit is required).
Please make all checks payable to Nicole Levy. (no personal checks accepted)
Full payment must be made prior to pick up or delivery.
Delivery is charged per location. Total must be above $2,500 to be delivered.
Delivery is available to the corporate area (New Kgn & Half Way Tree) Mon - Fri.
Cupcake orders
Mini Cupcakes are sold by the dozen, with a minimum 1 dozen per flavor.
Full payment is required prior delivery/pick up to confirm orders less than 100.
Delivery is available to members for orders less than $2,500 at an additional cost.
Brownies + pastry orders
Brownies, blondies or other pastry items are not sold in quantities less than 6.
Vegan + Gluten free ** We have the best intentions in making gluten-free items. However, we are not a gluten-free environment, so cross-contamination with ingredients containing gluten is a possibility.
Please be sure and ask for the vegan or gluten-free option when ordering.
Specify if you do not eat honey or milk.
Cancellation Policy
Orders have to be made 5-7 days in advance.
No refunds will be given to orders cancelled less than 3 days before delivery date.
No refund on monthly specials or promotions.
Delivery is ONLY to the Corporate area for orders that value more than $2500.00.
Delivery to Portmore attracts a fee of $2500.00; this price is subject to increase.
Delivery is available to St. Ann, Hanover, Clarendon and St. Catherine
